Pete Homer, a bold but fiery individual that aspires to be the best hitter in his neighborhood baseball league. The best to ever do it! he's heavily driven by a need to prove himself and never wants to be underestimated. Growing up being known as the smallest but loudest kid on the team/block shaped his tough exterior and well known stuboorn confidence. The only thing that gets him excited nowadays are hitting homeruns into the next neighbors backyard and winning to get that attention he aspires to get. But on the other side of this some things that make him mad are of course losing, being underestimated and one of the other kids cheating to win. Pete sees life like an entire baseball game, full of challenges but if you aim and swing hard you'll eventually get that pefect hit! Pete's attitude's are very bold, confident, a bit hot headed and determined individual he faces problems head on like an Aries and refuses to back down (when needed). His mix of seriousness as well as comedic overconfidence makes the highly unique. All in all he's just a little kid with the swagger of a professional big league hitter. I'll show Pete thinking by having his hand on his chin while having him looking up slightly. And then when it comes to his mood changes i'll have him change stances quickly with very expressive eyes. Pete has a very bouncy confident walk, he does hate running but he loves to act like he's running by running in place. And lastly Pete loves to rest on his knees and really just sit around when he loses or when he's tired. Pete tends to act like a natural leader always pointing out the obvious and leading his team into battle even when no one asked him to. He talks big and sometimes teases others but under all of that he truly wants to earn everyones respect. He may bumb heads with rivals but he's loyal to his teammates. He is a BIG exagerater in movements. Always agressively streaching, putting the peace sign up when iit'snot even needed and pointing at everything. Pete is 11 years old, built small but compact with energy, he's not heavy at all which makes his movements quick and precise. Some psychological ground rules are that he never admits defeat easily, never backs down from a challenge, he can be soft but passive. These can only be broken when he has taken a big loss or if one of his teammates gets injured. And Finally, Pete is very cocky, mischevious, and stubborn when challenged. He also have a warm and loyal side that comes out when he is around friends and family.

Within pages 102 - 131 of the Animator's Survival Kit, I leared a couple of things. 1. I learned that a walk is souly built from clear sequences of four stages contact, passing positions, up - down -
